Ladder Drills

Place ladder on floor and perform various ladder footwork drills. Examples are stepping in and out the ladder laterally and moving forward, standing side onto the ladder and jumping in and out, shifting forward twice along the ladder and once backwards. You can be creative, the aim is to have rapid and precise movements.
